This course is intended to lead you through the foundations of yoga and move you towards a safe and inspired practice that you can experience in the comfort of your own home. You will be gently guided, with an emphasis on subtle breathing techniques, a safe alignment that is promoted through the use of props and opportunities to self-reflect on your own personal and unique needs.What awaits you in these tutorials - I sincerely hope - is the inspiration to include yoga in your own self-care practice on a more regular basis AND subtly prompt you towards an inner awareness of the residue that yoga leaves behind.Rather than 'making this practice happen', explore how to open yourself to "letting it happen". This mindset will encourage you to let go of an outcome and experience the needs of your body and mind in each important moment.Understand that challenges almost always present themselves, so practice what you can, make adjustments where you need and use all this information as a learning tool to push through.
