Description
The vast majority of tractor trailers, school buses, dump trucks, garbage trucks, propane trucks, tanker trucks, flatbed trucks, concrete trucks, and heavy and medium duty trucks are equipped with air brakes. In order to receive a CDL with air brakes you must pass the air brake knowledge written test at your state's department of motor vehicles (DMV/ BMV/ SOS/ MVD). This training will prepare you for the knowledge test and give you the knowledge and core competencies necessary to operate trucks with air brakes.
