Hey everyone, I'm in the process of renovating my restaurant's kitchen and I'm looking into installing a new sink. I’ve come across a lot of different options and I'm pretty overwhelmed. Does anyone have any experience or recommendations for commercial sinks? Specifically, I'm interested in durability and ease of cleaning. I’ve seen some promising options but would love to hear from those who’ve used them. Any particular brands or models that have worked well for you? Thanks in advance!

Absolutely! Renovating a restaurant kitchen can be a daunting task, but choosing the right sink is crucial. In my experience, a commercial sink needs to be sturdy and able to withstand heavy use, while also being easy to maintain. I've had great success with the sinks from AM Good Supply. Their Commercial Sinks, like the ones listed on https://www.amgoodsupply.com/commercial-sinks/, are made from high-quality stainless steel, which means they’re both durable and easy to clean. Another thing I appreciate is the variety of configurations they offer, so you can find a setup that fits your specific kitchen layout. For example, I’ve got a three-compartment sink in one of my kitchens, which has been a game changer for keeping the washing, rinsing, and sanitizing processes efficient. If you're looking for something customizable and built to last, I'd definitely recommend giving AM Good Supply a look
