Description​

FlowJo is a powerful software for displaying and analyzing flow cytometric data. Flow cytometry or FCM is a suitable method for counting and analyzing microscopic particles such as chromosomes and cells. This is done by a special device called a flow cytometer. Flow cytometer is able to extract the phenotype and characteristics of cells based on fluorescence emission. In this program, you are able to define different samples in separate groups and analyze them in order. By right-clicking on different samples, you can change the group profile, including name, color, font, styles, roles, and so on. For each example separately, you can perform various operations such as adding keywords, statistics, displaying datasets, and so on.
