There is a lot to know and understand with homes and making a real estate decision can be overwhelming at times.This course will go over a large variety of items you should know in your home buying purchase.We will start with an overview of home ownership and some key items to be mindful of. These items include you location, understanding the value of your home and that the market value of your home does change. We will also be talking about what to do when you are away on vacation regarding to keeping your home safe and looked after.After we discuss the overview of your home we will go into detail of every module of your home.
