Every 90 seconds, someone gets diagnosed with cancer in the UK.In 2019, around 391,000 people were diagnosed with cancer, in the UK.The incidence of cancer is increasing at frightening rates.Thankfully, survival rates are increasing too. In 2020, 3 million people were living with cancer in the UK, and this number is expected to increase to 5.3 million by 2040.In most cases, cancer isn't a death sentence anymore. There is life beyond cancer. However, after treatment, life can look very different from how it used to be pre-cancer.
