Description
Applied Control Systems 1: autonomous cars: Math + PID + MPC is a training course on automation and design of self-driving cars published by Yodemi Academy. In this course, he was introduced to important topics such as modeling of automated systems, state space systems, PID, Predictive Control, simulation of intelligent systems with Python, and so on. And you will use them in practical projects. Technology is evolving and a new generation of automated systems such as self-propelled vehicles is emerging. Soon all cars will be equipped with self-propelled systems and the demand for engineers who can design and implement these systems will increase significantly. In this training course, you will get acquainted with the most important and optimal techniques for designing and producing self-driving cars. This training course is divided into three parts. In the first part you have to define a mathematical-computational model in the form of state space systems and equations of motion. In the second part, using PID controllers, you will simulate a hypothetical train that must automatically pick up a series of objects from above. In the third step, using MPC, you will design a car and simulate the process of changing lanes and following and following the road. Each of these three projects has many educational potentials and can provide you with very practical and informative tips.
What you will learn in Applied Control Systems 1: autonomous cars: Math + PID + MPC:
- Mathematical and computational modeling of various systems
- Implement a PID controller in a simulated application
- Formulation of a prefabricated model in the form of state space equations
- Implementation of MPC in the simulated model of self-driving cars
- Simulation of car lane change process
- Simulation of road direction tracking process and automatic vehicle navigation
