New features in DataCAD 22 combine 2D productivity enhancements, 3D modeling tools, changes to the Sun Shader, and a collection of program optimizations which help to make DataCAD 22 faster than previous versions

In honor of DataCAD's 30th anniversary, we put together a DataCAD Time Machine and Timeline with links to rare documents and videos from the early Microtecture days, through the Cadkey era, up to and including DATACAD LLC. This is a work-in-progress as there are still many items for us to add. We hope you enjoy this trip down memory lane.

512MB for use on Windows XP, 1GB for use on Vista, 7, 8, 10, or 11
Hard Disk
1GB of free disk space recommended for a complete installation of DataCAD
Optical Drive
(Not required for Internet download)
Video
Display adapter with driver support for OpenGL® version 1.6 or higher
SVGA (800x600) monitor and display adapter capable of 16-bit color or higher
Pointing Device
Microsoft-compatible mouse (3-button mouse recommended)
Internet
An active Internet connection is required for product activation and license validation.
Once activated, an Internet connection is not required to run DataCAD.
